Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations for management company and fund entities
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements, NAV reports, and regulatory filings
- Oversee fund accounting processes including expense allocation, capital calls, and distributions
- Ensure compliance with SEC, BSP, and international accounting standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during examinations
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial analysis
- Mentor junior accountants and implement best practices in financial controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license required)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in fund accounting or investment operations
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance (SEC, BSP, IFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to complex financial details
- Experience managing fund accounting for Australian or international funds
