HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Reconciliation Officer to support our Australian-based crypto finance operations. This is a unique, remote-friendly role that offers a morning shift schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance while working with global financial systems.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial integrity, ensuring that complex blockchain transactions align with our ledgers. We are looking for an analytical mind who can handle high-volume data, identify discrepancies with precision, and contribute to the scalable growth of our financial processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily reconciliation of crypto-asset transactions against internal ledger records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in transaction logs and wallet balances.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports for Australian stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards.
- Monitor and analyze transaction flows to detect anomalies or potential settlement issues.
- Collaborate with the global finance team to optimize reconciliation workflows and reporting tools.
- Maintain high-accuracy datasets to ensure the integrity of the firm’s financial reporting.
- Support month-end closing processes and audit preparations for the finance department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial reconciliation or general accounting.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation principles; exposure to cryptocurrency or digital asset accounting is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and accounting software.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high output quality.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and identifying complex financial variances.
- Excellent English communication skills, specifically for reporting to Australian-based management.
- Willingness to work the Australian morning shift.
