Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and lodge Australian Business Number (ABN) tax returns and Business Activity Statements (BAS) accurately and on time.
- Manage general accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure strict compliance with Australian Tax Office (ATO) regulations and tax laws.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding tax queries, deadlines, and financial status.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and review general ledger accounts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Australian taxation and accounting, with specific knowledge of Australian tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote, work-from-home setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to financial management.
