Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a pod of tax professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team success and performance targets are met.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of Australian tax returns, financial statements, and advisory reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to Australian Tax Office (ATO) regulations and internal compliance standards across all client accounts.
- Develop and implement tax strategies and processes to optimize client outcomes and mitigate compliance risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, communicating complex tax concepts clearly and professionally.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to upskill the pod team and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tax issues and streamline workflow processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Taxation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Taxation, specifically within the Australian market.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or CPA Australia qualification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in team leadership, people management, and operational supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax laws, GST, and PAYG withholding regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
