In this role, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of audiological services, from initial diagnostic evaluation to ongoing rehabilitation. You will work with a diverse caseload, providing hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and cochlear implant services to patients of all ages. Collaboration with our network of ENT surgeons, speech therapists, and educators is a key aspect of the role, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAE, and ABR testing for patients across all age groups.
- Interpret diagnostic test results and provide accurate clinical diagnoses and recommendations to patients, families, and referring physicians.
- Develop and implement individualized hearing rehabilitation plans, including hearing aid selection, fitting, verification (real-ear measurement), and programming.
- Perform cochlear implant candidacy evaluations, device programming (mapping), and long-term follow-up care.
- Provide patient and family counselling on hearing loss, communication strategies, and preventive hearing conservation.
- Manage the inventory of hearing devices, assistive listening devices, and supplies, including repairs and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of ENT specialists, speech-language pathologists, and educators to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology from a recognized university.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a hospital or private practice setting (preferred).
- Strong proficiency in a full range of diagnostic audiology equipment and software (e.g., Affinity, Equinox, Otosuite).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-centered focus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- In-depth knowledge of current hearing aid technologies, implantable devices, and vestibular assessment.
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a significant advantage for serving Singapore’s multicultural population.
