Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise audit engagements for various clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Prepare and review tax returns, tax computations, and related documentation for individuals and businesses
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, providing feedback and professional development opportunities
- Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate audit strategies for each engagement
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
- Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services
- Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and accounting regulations
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential service opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit and tax services
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax laws and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
