Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and execute risk-based audit programs for both corporate office and retail store locations.
  • Develop and document comprehensive audit procedures to streamline operational workflows.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance and identify potential financial or operational risks.
  • Manage and provide guidance to the audit team to ensure project milestones are met consistently.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement process improvements based on audit findings.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of internal controls and suggest enhancements to mitigate risks.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and audit procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with auditing software or ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino, capable of presenting reports to stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to store locations as required by audit schedules.
