As an Audit Assistant, you will be instrumental in supporting our Internal Audit team in conducting comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits across various branches and departments. Your contributions will help identify areas for improvement, ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our internal controls.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across company branches and departments
- Collect, analyze, and document audit evidence to support audit findings and recommendations
- Prepare detailed audit workpapers and documentation in accordance with established standards
- Identify control weaknesses, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner
- Follow up on implementation of corrective actions and management responses
- Maintain organized and up-to-date audit documentation and records
- Stay updated on relevant auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of auditing principles, procedures, and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
