As an Audit Assistant, you will play a critical role in conducting field audits, monitoring compliance, and providing actionable insights to management. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and surprise site audits at various café outlets to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect inventory records, cash handling processes, and daily operational logs for accuracy and transparency.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, non-compliance issues, and recommendations for corrective action.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health standards across all locations.
- Collaborate with outlet managers to address identified gaps and follow up on improvement plans.
- Assist in the documentation of audit findings and maintain organized records for management review.
- Support the internal audit department with ad-hoc tasks and special investigations as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in auditing, retail, or F&B operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) for report generation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to travel to various café outlet locations within the Selangor/Klang Valley area as needed.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is highly preferred.
- Integrity, objectivity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
