Private Advertiser, a well-established organization in the accounting sector, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join their team in Taguig City. As an Audit Associate, you will play a key role in the preparation of all required preparatory and post-audit documents, ensuring alignment with the approved audit schedule and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with senior auditors, contributing to the successful completion of audit engagements while adhering to the highest professional standards.
Your typical day will involve performing detailed audit procedures, testing internal controls, documenting evidence, and assisting in the preparation of audit reports. You will also interact with clients to gather information and discuss findings, strengthening your communication and client management skills.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and organize audit documentation, including working papers and supporting schedules.
- Assist in executing audit programs in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Conduct substantive testing and analytical procedures to verify the accuracy of financial information.
- Document audit findings and communicate observations to senior auditors in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and relevant auditing standards.
- Participate in audit planning meetings and contribute to risk assessment discussions.
- Maintain well-organized files and meet deadlines for all assigned tasks.
- Support the audit team with ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of external or internal audit experience (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered).
- CPA certification or progress toward certification is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of auditing principles, practices, and regulatory standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction.
- Willingness to work onsite in Taguig City and travel to client locations as needed.
