Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and organize comprehensive pre-audit and post-audit documentation.
- Execute audit procedures in accordance with the established audit schedule and firm standards.
- Verify financial statements, records, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in identifying process inefficiencies and recommending improvements for internal reporting.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and documentation for audit engagements.
- Maintain clear and concise work papers to support audit findings and conclusions.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, statutory requirements, and local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field (CPA license preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in audit, internal control, or general accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR compliance.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
