- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting processes.
- Analyze financial statements, ledgers, and records to identify errors, fraud, or non-compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and remediation plans for management.
- Perform risk assessments and testing procedures on financial transactions and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and corporate governance policies.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit schedules.
- Communicate audit results effectively to stakeholders and auditors from external firms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a strong plus.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with cross-functional teams.
