Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare all necessary documentation for pre-audit planning and post-audit finalization.
- Execute audit procedures in strict accordance with the approved audit schedule and organizational timelines.
- Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather evidence and supporting documentation for audit testing.
- Identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance and report findings to senior management.
- Maintain organized and secure audit work papers for future reference and regulatory inspections.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports that summarize findings and provide actionable recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Strong technical knowledge of current accounting principles and audit methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong ethical standards and a high degree of professional integrity.
