Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inventory audits and physical stock counts to ensure system accuracy.
- Identify, document, and report internal control weaknesses or operational irregularities.
- Assist in the development and execution of audit programs and test plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and practical recommendations.
- Monitor the status of previous audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain clear and organized audit documentation for compliance and management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in auditing, inventory control, or accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems is an advantage.
