Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct fieldwork and substantive audit procedures for financial statement audits
- Perform risk assessments and evaluate internal controls design and effectiveness
- Prepare audit workpapers and documentation in compliance with professional standards
- Analyze financial data and identify anomalies requiring further investigation
- Coordinate client communications and manage audit schedules efficiently
- Assist in preparing audit reports and management letters
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting audit practices
- Support special projects including forensic accounting and internal audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) or pursuing qualification
- 1-2 years of audit experience in public practice preferred
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare, IDEA) and MS Office
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
