Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform risk assessments and develop appropriate audit procedures for client engagements
- Prepare detailed audit workpapers and documentation supporting audit findings
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, control weaknesses, and potential improvements
- Coordinate fieldwork activities and supervise junior audit staff
- Review client systems of internal controls and evaluate operational effectiveness
- Prepare draft audit reports and communicate findings to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/MICPA qualification preferred)
- 2-4 years of audit experience in a professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards (ISA/MFRS) and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure
