Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct audit engagements from planning through to completion for a variety of clients.
- Perform substantive and compliance testing to assess financial controls and accuracy.
- Prepare audit workpapers and financial statements in accordance with auditing standards.
- Identify and communicate audit issues and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of audit assignments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior associates as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) or progress towards certification.
- For Senior role: minimum 2-3 years of external audit experience. For Associate: entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications.
