Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct internal audits and financial reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, work papers, and documentation for management review.
- Verify the accuracy of financial data, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounts.
- Coordinate with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audit schedules.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in internal audit or accounting roles.
- CPA License or currently a reviewee is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards (ISAs) and accounting principles.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
