We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Audit Associates (Junior).
This role offers an excellent platform for fresh graduates, especially from UTAR / TARUMT, to kick-start their career in a professional audit environment. You will gain comprehensive exposure to tax compliance, business reporting, and financial audits, equipping you with practical skills and industry insights that are highly valued in the accounting profession.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for a variety of SME clients.
- Perform audit procedures including substantive testing, vouching, and walkthroughs.
- Prepare accurate audit work papers and draft financial statements in compliance with approved standards.
- Handle tax computations and prepare tax returns for client submission.
- Liaise with clients to gather documentation and clarify audit queries.
- Support senior team members in completing assignments within tight deadlines.
- Maintain organized files and ensure adherence to the firm's quality control policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (UTAR/TARUMT graduates are highly encouraged).
- Good academic record with a strong grasp of fundamental accounting concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Fresh graduates welcome; candidates pursuing or holding partial professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) will have an added advantage.
