Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular audits of store inventory, cash handling procedures, and POS transaction logs.
- Identify, document, and report discrepancies in retail store operations to management.
- Collaborate with retail store teams to reconcile stock variances and cash shortages.
- Monitor compliance with established internal control policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed audit reports and executive summaries on operational performance.
- Perform surprise store inspections to verify adherence to operational guidelines.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to minimize shrinkage and enhance store efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Internal Auditing, or a related business field are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot numerical or procedural inconsistencies.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings.
- Willingness to travel to various retail locations within the Metro Manila area as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
