Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed audit procedures on financial statements, including testing internal controls and account balances.
- Assist in the planning and execution of audit fieldwork for various clients across different industries.
- Review accounting records, supporting documentation, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate audit findings, issues, and recommendations to the audit team and client management clearly and effectively.
- Ensure all audit working papers are prepared in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws to ensure compliance.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients while adhering to strict deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience ranging from Associate to Senior level, depending on the specific job title applied for.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
