As an Audit Associate, you will play a critical role in our audit engagements, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and transparency for our varied portfolio of clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and execution of audit fieldwork for various clients.
- Perform verification of financial statements, records, and internal control systems.
- Prepare audit working papers and documentation in accordance with professional standards (MFRS/MPERS).
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and resolve audit queries.
- Identify and report internal control weaknesses or areas for process improvement.
- Support the engagement team in meeting deadlines and achieving audit objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and tax computation schedules.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members (for Senior level roles).
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, etc.).
- Prior experience in an audit firm is highly preferred; fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for audit assignments when necessary.
