As an Audit Associate or Semi Senior, you will be integral to our audit engagements, working with a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include performing audit procedures, analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and preparing comprehensive audit reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards.
- Assist in planning and executing audit procedures, including risk assessment and internal control testing.
- Analyze financial statements and supporting schedules to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
- Prepare accurate and well-documented audit work papers and reports.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting and auditing regulations to ensure best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
- For Semi Senior roles: minimum 1-2 years of external audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
