Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage complex audit engagements for multinational corporations and SMEs
- Oversee audit planning, execution, and reporting to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across key industry sectors
- Mentor and develop audit teams through training, performance reviews, and career guidance
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding client portfolios
- Ensure adherence to Singapore FRS, ISA standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with partners across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Kualifikasi
- CPA Singapore or equivalent international accounting qualification
- Minimum 10+ years of audit experience with 5+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record in managing audit teams and client relationships
- Deep expertise in Singapore's regulatory framework and industry best practices
- Strong strategic thinking and business development acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and change initiatives
