Tanggung Jawab
- Support the audit team in planning and executing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Perform substantive testing on financial statement accounts and transaction cycles.
- Prepare accurate and well-organized audit work papers in accordance with professional standards.
- Assist in documenting and evaluating clients' internal control systems and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate with client personnel to obtain necessary information and resolve audit queries.
- Contribute to the preparation of draft financial statements and audit reports.
- Stay current with relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS/MPERS) and auditing guidelines.
- Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas for enhancing audit quality and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Strong academic performance with a keen interest in pursuing a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW).
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.
- Meticulous, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a proactive eagerness to learn and contribute.
