Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Prepare and analyze financial statements according to GAAP/IFRS requirements
- Identify financial risks and recommend internal control improvements
- Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient audit processes
- Communicate audit results and recommendations to clients/stakeholders
- Stay updated on auditing standards and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA/CA/CPA) preferred for senior positions
- 1-3 years audit experience for junior roles; 3+ years for senior
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and accounting principles
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and MS Office
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
