Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage audit engagements for diverse international clients, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Plan, supervise, and execute audit procedures including testing of controls, substantive testing, and analytical reviews
- Mentor and develop junior audit staff through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring
- Review audit workpapers and ensure quality control standards are met before finalization
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to client management and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple audit assignments simultaneously
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities within audit operations
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in external auditing, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP, IFRS, and international auditing standards
- Proven experience in leading audit engagements for multinational or BPO/client services environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client-facing interactions
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
