- Manage a comprehensive portfolio of audit engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery within agreed-upon timelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to audit teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor regarding complex accounting and reporting matters.
- Oversee audit planning, risk assessment, and execution processes to ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international offices to facilitate seamless service delivery for multinational clients.
- Monitor audit budgets and project profitability, ensuring efficient resource allocation across all engagements.
- Stay current on changes in financial reporting standards (IFRS/SFRS) and regulatory updates that impact the firm and our clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) is required.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in public accounting, specifically within an audit capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and auditing standards (ISA).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing and coaching staff members.
- Proficiency in audit software tools and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to demonstrate professional skepticism and ethical judgment in complex business situations.
