You will work closely with Partners to develop and execute strategic audit plans, ensuring compliance with the highest professional standards (MFRS, MPERS, ISA) and regulatory requirements. As a key leader within the firm, you will mentor and supervise a team of audit associates and seniors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a portfolio of audit engagements across various industries, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Plan, execute, and finalize audits in accordance with MFRS, MPERS, and ISA standards.
- Supervise, mentor, and appraise a team of audit seniors and associates, promoting their professional growth.
- Review audit working papers and financial statements, providing constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality output.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and building strong professional relationships.
- Identify business risks and opportunities for clients, delivering valuable insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including preparing proposals and participating in client presentations.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, professional ethics, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) are mandatory.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in external audit, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a public accounting firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, ISA, and the Companies Act 2016.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is highly advantageous.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in audit software (e.g., CaseWare) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
