Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and oversee complex audit engagements from commencement to completion.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise audit teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Review audit working papers, financial statements, and reports to ensure compliance with MFRS and MPERS.
- Identify and evaluate internal control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for audit-related queries and advisory services.
- Stay current with evolving accounting standards, tax legislation, and regulatory updates affecting our clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to firm quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification in Accounting (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or MIA member).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in an external audit firm, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and Companies Act 2016.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client expectations.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of professional integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk management.
