Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive internal and external audit engagements across all business units
- Develop risk-based audit plans and methodologies aligned with industry regulations
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend actionable improvements to financial processes
- Prepare detailed audit reports with clear findings and executive summaries for senior leadership
- Mentor and develop audit team members through coaching and professional development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive audit experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Deep expertise in IFRS, GAAP, and Philippine auditing standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in audit planning, execution, and reporting
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and MS Office Suite
