Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning and execution of internal and external audits.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage and mentor junior auditors and staff members to ensure high performance.
- Identify risks and propose effective control measures to mitigate them.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Conduct special investigations and reviews as requested by senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in auditing, ideally within a service outsourcing or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MAS) and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
