Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and report on internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead audit teams, assigning responsibilities and providing guidance throughout the audit process
- Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements to strengthen risk management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive audit programs and methodologies
- Communicate audit findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in auditing and compliance
- Mentor and develop junior audit professionals to build a strong audit team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
