Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end statutory audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with approved auditing standards and Forvis Mazars methodology.
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of audit seniors and assistants, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and providing insightful business advice.
- Monitor audit progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables to meet strict deadlines.
- Identify and communicate key audit risks and potential control weaknesses to client management.
- Collaborate with other service lines within Forvis Mazars to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to quality and professional development.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.
