Join Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. as an Audit Manager – ISO & Compliance and spearhead our organizational excellence initiatives. This pivotal role requires you to lead comprehensive ISO audits, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our expanding operations. You'll develop robust compliance frameworks, conduct rigorous internal audits, and implement corrective actions that enhance operational efficiency and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align processes with international standards, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of compliance excellence. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining our certifications, supporting business growth, and upholding our commitment to industry best practices in the chemical sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and report on internal and external audits for ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance frameworks, policies, and audit methodologies
- Lead audit teams, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to audit schedules and objectives
- Identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and track resolution effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to integrate compliance requirements into operational processes
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and emerging best practices
- Prepare executive audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA, CIA, or ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of audit/compliance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in ISO standards implementation and regulatory compliance in manufacturing/chemical industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience developing audit programs, compliance tools, and training materials
- Proficiency in audit management software and Microsoft Office Suite
