Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with PFRS/IFRS and ISA standards.
- Oversee the service delivery model, optimizing resources and processes to maintain high-quality outputs within assigned delivery teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client management, providing insights on accounting matters and audit risks.
- Mentor, coach, and develop a team of associates and seniors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Drive quality control and risk management initiatives, ensuring all documentation meets rigorous global firm standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional service lines to provide seamless, integrated business solutions to clients.
- Monitor engagement financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and resource allocation.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a strong track record in professional services or public accounting.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in external audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards (PFRS/IFRS) and international auditing standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large teams and remote delivery models.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
