Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct financial statement audits in compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare detailed audit working papers and financial documentation with precision
- Liaise with clients to gather financial data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain professional relationships
- Supervise junior audit staff and provide guidance on audit procedures and documentation
- Identify financial risks, assess internal controls, and recommend process improvements
- Assist in developing audit programs and methodologies for various industry assignments
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and audit reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and ethical auditing practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/MICPA/CA qualification preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting frameworks, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
