Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement audits for clients across various industries
- Assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement in business processes
- Prepare audit workpapers that comply with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Supervise and guide junior audit staff during fieldwork and reporting phases
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Stay updated with auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to firm growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
