Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial statement audits for diverse clients in various industries
- Lead audit planning procedures and risk assessment processes
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff to ensure quality execution of audit engagements
- Prepare and review audit workpapers in accordance with auditing standards
- Identify and document audit findings, and communicate recommendations to clients
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
- Participate in business development activities and contribute to firm growth initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CA, or CPA (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
