Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute financial statement audits in accordance with Malaysian and international standards
- Lead audit teams through engagement lifecycles from planning to reporting
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies for clients
- Review internal controls and recommend process improvements
- Mentor junior auditors and provide technical guidance on complex accounting issues
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and deliver clear client presentations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with professional qualification (ACCA/CA/MIA)
- Minimum 3-5 years of external audit experience in public practice
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS)
- Advanced proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Professional membership with MIA or recognized accounting body
