Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end audit engagements for multinational corporations and SMEs
- Develop risk-based audit strategies and supervise fieldwork execution
- Mentor junior staff through technical guidance and performance feedback
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, MFRS, and internal quality control standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and client advisory needs
- Prepare audit documentation and review workpapers for accuracy
- Coordinate with tax and consulting teams for integrated service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with professional certification (ACCA/CPA/MIA)
- 3-5 years of public audit experience with Big 4 or mid-tier firms
- Advanced knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and international financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in audit software (e.g., Caseware, TeamMate)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to manage audit teams and client relationships
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
