Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute full-cycle audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of SME clients.
- Supervise, review, and mentor junior audit associates to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, financial statements, and supporting working papers.
- Identify and communicate internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations to clients.
- Ensure full compliance with MFRS, MPERS, and current Malaysian tax regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with clients to facilitate smooth audit fieldwork and timely resolution of queries.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of corporate and personal tax computations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements and professional auditing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive experience in an external audit firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, and the Companies Act 2016.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay to liaise with clients and authorities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang vicinity.
