Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute full-scope financial audits for diverse client portfolios
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance on audit procedures
- Develop risk assessment frameworks and tailor audit plans accordingly
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards (IFRS/MFRS) and regulatory requirements
- Identify internal control deficiencies and implement improvement strategies
- Manage client relationships and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of external audit experience in public practice
- Advanced knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in leading audit teams and managing engagement timelines
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
