Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute full-cycle audit engagements for international clients.
- Lead and mentor junior audit staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Analyze complex financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
- Coordinate with client management to gather necessary documentation and resolve audit queries.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, workpapers, and financial disclosures.
- Stay updated on changing regulations and accounting pronouncements to ensure high-quality delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in external or internal audit.
- Proficiency in accounting software and audit automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple project timelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage engagement teams.
