Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute financial audits for a diverse portfolio of clients in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit associates, providing guidance on audit procedures and firm methodologies.
- Perform detailed analytical reviews of financial statements and identify potential risks or discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve audit queries and ensure timely completion of engagements.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and management letters for stakeholders.
- Monitor audit progress against budgets and timelines to ensure project efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with local accounting standards (MFRS/MPERS) and regulatory frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an external audit role within a professional services firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and ISA.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
