You will be responsible for leading audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring that all assignments are completed with technical precision and within strict deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the execution of statutory audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of SMEs and MNCs.
- Plan audit procedures, assess risks, and develop comprehensive audit programs tailored to client needs.
- Review financial statements to ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise, coach, and provide constructive feedback to junior audit associates on-site.
- Identify internal control weaknesses and provide value-added recommendations to client management.
- Maintain effective communication with clients to manage expectations and resolve audit issues promptly.
- Prepare tax computations and assist in the finalization of audit reports for partner review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CA Singapore).
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in external audit within a public accounting firm.
- Sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA).
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in supervising small to medium-sized teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., CaseWare) and Microsoft Office Suite.
