Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, reviewing their work and providing guidance.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and relevant audit regulations.
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance client operations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax computations and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
- Contribute to business development and proposal preparation for new audit engagements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) or progress towards is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of audit experience in a reputable audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Accounting Standards (MFRS/MPERS) and auditing standards.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
