Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive statutory audits for a diverse client base, including private, limited, and non-for-profit organizations.
- Prepare and review detailed audit working papers and documentation in accordance with auditing standards.
- Identify and assess audit risks, internal control deficiencies, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients to gather necessary information, resolve audit queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit associates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, processes, and client service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Possession of or actively pursuing a professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA Singapore).
- 1-3 years of relevant audit experience, preferably gained within a public accounting firm in Singapore.
- Solid understanding of auditing standards and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
