Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive audit engagements for diverse client portfolios.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments and internal control testing.
- Mentor and guide junior auditors, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to clients and senior management.
- Ensure all audit working papers are complete, organized, and compliant with firm standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in auditing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and auditing regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
