Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute comprehensive financial statement audits for a diverse range of corporate clients.
- Manage end-to-end audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, and final report preparation.
- Supervise, train, and provide technical guidance to junior audit associates and interns.
- Perform complex risk assessments and internal control evaluations to identify financial discrepancies.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations effectively to client management.
- Ensure all audit procedures adhere to International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local statutory requirements.
- Monitor engagement budgets and timelines to ensure efficient service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in external audit within a professional services firm.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software tools.
